Description

Vine Cottage is an 18th-century cottage located on Clay Lane in Newbridge, Shalfleet. It is constructed from stone rubble with white brick dressings and has been heightened in white brick. The cottage features a thatched roof with two brick chimneystacks and is one and a half storeys tall with three windows. The windows are 19th-century casements. There is a 20th-century gabled wood and shingled weather porch, along with a 20th-century six-panelled door. Additionally, the cottage has four cross-shaped iron ties.
