Description

The ruins in the garden of Woolverton Manor are a small stone rubble structure, with the north-west and south-east gable ends being the main surviving parts. Each gable end features a trefoil-headed lancet, although the south-east one has mostly lost the outline of its head. According to P C Stone's "Architectural Antiquities of the Isle of Wight," this structure was not an ecclesiastical building but a 14th century domestic building of uncertain use, likely serving as a store rather than a residence.
