Description
Clock House is a detached villa built in 1813, currently used for commercial purposes. It is constructed from white Suffolk brick and features a low pitched slate roof that extends to the eaves. The building has two storeys and three bays. The entrance is located in the center, accessed through a recessed arched doorway with a decorative fanlight, although the porch or door surrounds have been removed. The windows are square-headed, with those on the ground floor set in arched reveals and featuring gauged brick heads. The windows are sashes with glazing bars. A stucco band runs between the storeys, and the eaves are deep and bracketed. The interior has not been inspected. The villa was built for Thomas Courtenay Warner.
