Description

Percy Lodge is a late 18th-century building located on Christ Church Road, SW14. It stands two storeys high with an attic and features a brick construction topped by a slated mansard roof that includes dormer windows. The building has a restored central porch that is pedimented and balustraded, complete with a large radiating lead fanlight. On the first floor, there are three Venetian windows, while the ground floor has two. The property is enclosed by a high restored wall that includes gate piers and wrought iron gates. Percy Lodge was the home of Robert Atkinson, who lived from 1883 to 1953.
