Description

Elm Lodge is an early 18th-century, two-storey house situated on the east side of Petersham Road. Originally six bays wide, the building has undergone alterations. The two right-hand bays were replaced with a three-window, two-storey canted bay. To the right of this is a further bay with a single blank window on each floor. The front is constructed of brown brick with a parapet and a small stucco cornice at parapet level. The roof is pantiled with two modern dormers. A ground floor verandah incorporates a modern porch.
