Description

This is an early 18th-century building on the south-east side of Richmond Green, part of Old Palace Terrace. It is constructed of brown brick with red dressings, and has two storeys with an attic and basement, presenting a facade of three windows. The roof is tiled, with a timber modillion eaves cornice and one dormer window, and includes an entrance door with a hood supported by carved console brackets. The flush-framed sash windows have square heads and retain their original glazing bars. To the right, the building adjoins 18 Kings Street. The interior remains unexamined.
