Description
Bog Lodge is a mid-18th century building, dating from before 1754, and currently serves as the house for the Park Superintendent. It is constructed of stock brick and has two storeys with three windows across the front. The roof is tiled. The upper windows are square-headed and feature large two-light casement windows, while the ground floor windows are arched and have flush framed sashes. There is also a window in the gable. The central entrance is accompanied by a porch, and there is a brick band between the storeys as well as eaves. To the right, there is an extension of one bay, which is also two storeys but lower than the main building.
