Description

Elmgrove House is an 18th-century house of three storeys, originally three windows wide. The central entrance is distinguished by a Roman Doric porch featuring columns, pilasters, and an entablature. The roof is hipped to the eaves. The house was constructed of brick, and a single-storey addition of no particular architectural interest was added to the left side at a later date. The interior of the house has not been inspected. Elmgrove House exhibits group value from its contribution to the streetscape.
