Description

The tomb of Thomas Stanley, who died in 1811, is located in the churchyard of St Peter and St Paul, just 2 yards south of the tomb of Anne Hall. It is made of Portland stone and features a rectangular podium that supports a table tomb. The tomb is adorned with fluted corner pilasters, inscribed panels on the sides, and a moulded top slab that also has inscriptions.
