Description
Nos 20 and 22 Priory Avenue are a pair of houses dating from the late 19th century, located within the Bedford Park conservation area. They are built in a style typical of the area's early development. The houses feature a modillion eaves cornice. No 22 has a two-storeyed gabled bay with a projecting upper part. Piers are present in the front garden.
