Description

Nos 3 and 5 Fairfax Road are a pair of houses built in the 1930s as part of the Bedford Park development. They are distinguished by their modillion eaves cornice and a single-storeyed bay. The door hood above the entrance to No 3 is gabled, while that of No 5 is flat. The houses are set forward with piers defining the front gardens.
