Nos. 24 and 26 Priory Avenue are a pair of houses dating from the late 19th century, situated within the Bedford Park conservation area. They are characterised by Dutch gables. The houses have arched entrances, originally with broken pediments, though the entrance to No. 26 has been altered. Piers define the front garden.
