Description

Sipson House is a late 18th-century building located on Sipson Road. It is constructed of brown brick and features two storeys and a basement. The façade includes five double-hung sash windows with sills and rubbed flat arches. The basement is cement rendered. The entrance is framed by Roman Doric pilasters and a semi-circular arch with voussoirs and an archivolt, topped with a traceried fanlight. A long flight of steps leads up to the doorway, accompanied by cast iron railings. There is a brick band at the first floor level, and the building has a parapet and an old tiled roof. To the left, there is a 19th-century one-storey outshut with one window.
