Description

Apse Tree Cottages, located on Hall Lane in Upminster, are a pair of late 18th century cottages that feature timber framing and weatherboarding. The cottages are two storeys high and consist of two bays, with entrances situated at each end of the front. On the ground floor, there are two casement windows, while the upper floor has one sliding sash window and one modern window. The cottages have a modern tiled roof, an axial stack, and a rear outshot.
