Description
Nos 116, 118, and 120 on Gordon Avenue are two-storey buildings constructed between 1840 and 1850. They are made of red brick with yellow dressings and feature three bays, with the central bay projecting beneath a gable with bargeboards. The entrance to No 118 is located under a single-storey gabled porch to the left of the central bay. The left bay has a gable and one window, while the ground floor includes a canted bay with Gothic tracery, all beneath a hipped tile roof. The right bay is narrow, also featuring a canted bay with Gothic tracery under a hipped tile roof, and has a half dormer on the first storey. The buildings have panelled chimneys and tiled roofs, with entrances to Nos 116 and 120 located in the flank elevations.
