Description

The family tomb of Thomas Blackwell is located adjacent to the south-east corner of the Church of All Saints on Uxbridge Road in Harrow Weald. This large stone altar tomb dates from around 1871 and features a pink granite cover supported by four squat pink granite columns on either side, which are topped with large spread capitals. The tomb stands on a low plinth. Thomas Blackwell was a partner in the firm Cross and Blackwell.
