Description

New Wine Church, formerly known as the Odeon Cinema, is a building constructed in 1937. It was designed by architect George Coles of Harry Weedon and Partners for Oscar Deutsch and the Odeon group of companies. This building is one of the best surviving examples of the "Odeon" style. The interior remains unaltered and features a free use of art-deco motifs around the proscenium.
