Clay Hill House Lodge is an early to mid-19th century ornamental lodge that has been converted into two dwellings. The building stands two storeys high and features two windows in total. It has a fairly low-pitched hipped roof covered with slate, a central chimney, and eaves soffit. The first floor is pebble-dashed, while the ground floor is rendered with incised lines. Surrounding the ground floor is a loggia that has a hipped slate roof supported by wooden posts. The first floor has casement windows with small panes, and the ground floor includes pointed windows with Gothic tracery, one of which is a full-length casement on the left side.
