22 Ashfield Lane, also known as No 1 Weirsters Cottages, is an early 19th-century building. It is two storeys high and has a roughcast exterior. The roof is tiled and hipped on the left side. The front features one sash window with vertical panes. There is a simple doorcase on the left side, topped with a flat wooden weatherhood supported by console brackets.
