Description
The building comprises two late 1850s properties, number 69 and number 71 Bromley Common. It is two storeys high and constructed with a rusticated stucco ground floor and a stock brick first floor. The roof is slate, topped with a parapet and bracket cornice. Each property has five sash windows, and the left-hand window of number 69 has a round head. The ground floor windows are also round-headed. Number 69 features a doorcase with a rectangular fanlight and pilasters, while number 71 has a portico.
