Description
Nos 39 and 41 on Bromley Common are an early Victorian pair of houses. They are stuccoed and consist of two storeys, a basement, and an attic. The front features a pediment with a lunette created by two windows. There is a balcony on the first floor with a trellis work verandah made of wrought iron, along with two French windows. Both the ground floor and first floor have two 3-light bay windows. Each side has a recessed section that extends over two storeys with a flat roof, which includes one sash window and a round-headed doorway featuring a six-panelled door and fanlights. There are steps leading down to ground level. No 41 is part of a group with Nos 43 and 45.
