Description
Chestnut Cottage and Waggoners Cottage are two 18th-century cottages located on Old Perry Street in Chislehurst. They are two storeys tall and constructed of red brick with grey headers, topped by a tiled roof featuring two hipped dormers. The cottages have four later 19th-century casement windows and a brick plinth. Notable architectural details include a moulded eaves cornice supported by wrought iron brackets, a brick dentil band, and flat arches above the windows. The doorcase features a flat hood supported by brackets and a moulded architrave, leading to a six-panelled door. There is a 19th-century extension on the left side.
