Description
Place Cottage is likely a timber-framed house dating from the late 16th or 17th century, which was later refronted in the 18th or early 19th century. It is a two-storey building with three windows and three hipped dormers. The walls are of red brick with tile-hung returns. The entrance is located on the side, within a later addition. A central axial stack rises from the roof, featuring four flues. Extensions have been added to the rear and east side of the property.
