Description

7, 9, 11, and 13 Meadway, built by architect M Bunney, is a picturesque group of buildings designed in a "Dutch-Tudor" style. Nos 7 and 13 are set slightly forward of Nos 9 and 11, creating a balanced composition. The buildings are two storeys high and feature roughcast plaster exteriors. This group is recognized as one of the best examples of its architectural style in the suburb, notable for its prominent position and proximity to the nearby Item 83, which includes Nos 15 to 21 Meadway and 19 Heathgate.
