Description

No 1 Linnell Close is a two-storey building designed by architect Barry Parker, constructed in brown brick. The facade features five windows and three hipped dormers with two lights each. The roof is hipped, and the windows are casements with transoms. The building has heavily sprocketted eaves and a central door surrounded by a stone surround, which includes a cornice hood supported by stone brackets, topped with a segmental fanlight. There are segmental relieving arches above the ground floor windows and rusticated brick quoins at the corners.
