Description

The gate to number 89 is located in Hampstead Garden Suburb and was built in 1910 by Matthew Dawson. It is constructed from brick and tile, featuring a metal archway with wooden uprights and gate. The gate is supported by rectangular brick piers topped with tile caps, and the wooden jambs lead to a round arched metal structure that finishes in volute curls. At the time of inspection, a hedge surrounded the arch, and the structure's fabric was intact underneath. This gate is listed for its group value with numbers 87 and 89 Hampstead Way.
