Brown brick, slate roof. 3 storeys, basement and dormered mansard. 5 windows wide. Ground floor stuccoed and articulated by Doric pilasters with 2 entrances. Stucco architraves to recessed sash windows, no glazing bars, the 3 central windows on 1st floor with pediments. Stone cornice over 2nd floor and parapet with coping.
