Description

This is a row of three mid-19th century houses located on the west side of Bathurst Street, City of Westminster. The houses are constructed of stucco with slate mansard roofs and extend to four storeys plus an attic mansard. Each house has a two-window frontage. The ground floor has been altered and now contains shops. A continuous bombé balcony runs along the first floor. The windows are square-headed, with architraves above the ground floor. The first-floor windows have cornices. They are sash windows with glazing bars. A cornice sits above the third floor. The buildings are listed for their group value.
