Description
The British Prince Public House is an early 19th-century building, although its facade has been partly rebuilt, likely due to war damage. It is constructed of brick and features a coped parapet. The building has two storeys and three unbarred sash windows. The ground floor displays a panelled wooden public house front beneath an entablature with a modillion cornice. This public house is designated as Grade II because it is located adjacent to No 47 and occupies a prominent corner position at the junction of Bromley Street and Chudleigh Street, making it an important part of the local group of buildings. The public house is included in a group with Nos 6 to 90 (even) and Nos 9 to 47 (odd) opposite.
