Description

60 and 62 Ravensbourne Park is a pair of early to mid-19th century buildings, each two storeys high with a sunk basement. They are stuccoed and feature two windows on the main facade, along with one-storey, one-window outer extensions that have parapets curving up at the sides. The buildings have moderately low pitched slated roofs with eaves soffits.

On the first floor, there is a cill band above the sash windows, which include glazing bars and margin lights. The ground floor has easement windows with transoms and margin lights that open onto ornamental cast iron balconies. The outer wings have round arched recesses, with No 60 being blank and No 62 containing a sash window with margin lights.

The doors are designed with three ornamental panels, the upper part being glazed, and are flanked by fluted Ionic columns that support a moulded cornice head with a patterned segmental fanlight above. Additionally, there are cast iron area railings that match the balconies.
