Description
This is a terrace of houses with shops on the ground floor, dating from the mid-19th century. The buildings are constructed of stucco and arranged over three storeys, presenting a balanced architectural composition with both central and subsidiary design elements. Some damage to the cornices is present. The terrace is part of a larger, ambitious development comprising three blocks along King’s Road, and is linked to development in Lincoln, Coulson, and Anderson Streets.
