Description
This is a row of terraced houses at 3-15 Kensington Court, designed by J.J. Stevenson in the 1880s. The houses are built of red brick in a "Queen Anne" style, each with three windows, dormers, and basements. They are three storeys high. Nos. 7, 11, and 15 feature Flemish gables. The houses incorporate terra-cotta enrichments, first-floor balconies, an ornamental band course or frieze below the second-floor windows, a cornice, and an attic storey.
