Description

Nos. 1-10 Brompton Place form a terrace row. Nos. 1-6 were built in 1825, and Nos. 7-10 in 1830-32. The buildings are constructed of Flemish bond brickwork, with a gabled Welsh slate roof and brick ridge stacks. They follow a double-depth plan and comprise 2 storeys with a 20-window range. The ground floor features semi-circular arches over 20th-century panelled doors, although some earlier doors are now boarded over. The first floor has 16-pane sashes, except at No. 6, where the central windows have 12 panes. A stone coping runs along the parapet. The interiors have not been inspected.
