Description
Numbers 12 and 13 are terraced houses dating from the late 18th century, constructed of plum brick with a slate roof. The buildings rise four storeys above a basement, with two windows at number 12 and three windows at number 13. Number 13 features a round-arched entrance adorned with fluted quarter-columns, a cornice, a fanlight, and a panelled door that retains its original design. Number 12 has a 19th-century stucco archivolt supported by foliage brackets. All windows are flat-arched and have gauged brick heads, while the parapet has square recessed panels. The mansard roof includes dormers. The area is enclosed by cast-iron railings with urn standards and spearhead finials.
