Description

12 Jerusalem Passage is a mid-18th century terraced house, now occupied as a cafe on the ground floor. The house is constructed of brown brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a slate roof. It is four storeys high and has a single window on each upper floor. The upper windows have cambered heads finished with gauged red brick. A Mansard roof with a recessed penthouse is visible above. The ground floor has a 20th-century shop front. The interior, as described in 1989, contains a mid-18th century dog-leg staircase with winders and turned balusters supported on a closed string.
