  1. Dated 1878 by E l'Anson (?) Classical building of 3 main storeys above a basement. Yellow brick with front of Portland stone. Rusticated basement. Ground floor windows. Pediments and balustrading to windows above. Blind panels to top-lits. 2nd floor. Entablature with inscribed frieze, modillion cornice and blocking with single remaining die of former balustrade.
