Description

No 3 Frederick's Place is a late 18th-century building that now incorporates No 2. It stands four storeys tall, with the top storey possibly being an addition, and includes a basement and a two-storey slated mansard roof. The façade features five windows and is constructed of yellow brick with slight painted dressings. The ground storey is arcaded but currently lacks an entrance. There is a sill band on the first floor and wrought iron balconies that were likely added later. The building is topped with a small cornice and parapet, and it has good area railings with a lamp arch.
