Description
The railing and dwarf wall flanking Great Tower Street belong to the Church of All Hallows and date from the 18th century. The wall is rendered and features a heavy Portland stone coping, while the railing has urn finials. The wall itself is made of exposed yellow brick and has a return at the east end.
