Description
19-21 Watling Street is a mid-19th century commercial building constructed of yellow brick and stone. It stands five storeys tall and features six windows arranged in pairs. The ground floor shops are adorned with an order of pilasters. The windows on the first and second storeys are designed with shared arches, separated by columns, and include carved decoration at the tops. The building is topped with a small crowning cornice. The plain west return has a cornice that stops short of the third window.
