Description

Number 15 is a detached house located on Church Row, built around 1924. It is constructed of multi-coloured stock brick, featuring stone and red brick dressings. The house has a tiled roof with a dormer and moulded brick slab chimney-stacks, designed in the Neo-Georgian style. It stands two storeys tall, with an attic and basement, and has a double fronted appearance with three windows and a slightly projecting central bay.

The entrance features a doorcase with enriched console-brackets that support a hood with a cornice extending across narrow side-lights, along with panelled reveals. The patterned fanlight and panelled door add to its character. The windows have gauged brick flat arches and are fitted with flush framed sashes that have exposed boxing; the first floor includes recessed apron panels. A central first floor sash window is segmental-arched with a keystone, and there is a wrought-iron balcony above the entrance. The parapet has a stone band below and recessed panels, with the entrance bay showcasing a stone cornice and a balustraded panel in the parapet in front of the dormer.

The interior has not been inspected. The property also features attached cast-iron railings with torch flambe finials leading to the areas.
