The Malting House is an 18th century timber-framed and plastered house located on The Street in Stradishall. It features a two-storey wing at the south-west end and a main block that is one storey with attics. The building has been considerably altered over time, with 20th century casement windows. The roof is tiled and includes one sloping roofed dormer on the main block. The Malting House is included for its group value, as it is part of a collection of buildings that also includes Malting Cottage, The Cottage, Weavers, Rosedene, School House, and Tally Ho.
