Description

The Long House is an 18th-century timber-framed and plastered building located on the east side of The Street in Manuden. It features modern pargetted patterns on the front and was originally a range of cottages, which have since been converted into a single tenement. The building has been renovated in the 20th century and consists of one storey with attics. It has small casement windows and a thatched roof, which includes five small dormer windows. Below the dormers, there is a strip of shingled roof.
