  1. Formerly the Rectory. A C16 timber-framed and plastered house built on an L shaped plan. Refronted in the C19. 2 storeys and attics. The windows are mainly late C19 casements but the south-east front has early C19 windows with "gothic" arched lights. The gable at the south-west end has an early C19 shaped bargeboard. Some windows have traceried panels inserted, from the C15 chancel screen of the church. The interior has a good moulded beam and joist ceiling and a fireplace beam with some carving. Roof tiled, with 3 gabled dormers on the front.

The Church of St Margaret, Bridge House and No 1 form a group.
