Description

Conifer Cottage is a 16th century timber-framed and plastered house with one storey and attics. It features casement windows and has a 20th century thatched porch that projects from the front. The roof is thatched and includes one gabled dormer. The house underwent renovations in the 20th century. Conifer Cottage is part of a group that includes the Post Office and store, The Thatch and adjoining cottage, The Shepherd and Dog Public House, Seldon In, The Cottage (The Hill) and adjoining cottages, and High Bank and Chaumiere.
