Description

Manor Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the early 19th century, with a rear wing that originates from the mid-17th century. The building has one storey and attics, featuring a two-window front range alongside a one-storey kitchen wing that is two windows wide. It is constructed of gault brick and has parapet gables. The roof is plaintiled, with central and gable chimneys made of gault brick, and includes gabled casement dormers. The front has sash windows with segmental-arched heads and boarded external shutters, while the kitchen wing features 20th-century casements. The entrance door is a six-panelled design. The rear wing follows a two-cell lobby-entrance plan and contains large back-to-back open fireplaces. It is timber-framed and rough-cast, with a plaintiled roof and a central chimney.
