Description

Danecroft Post Office is a 17th-century timber-framed and plastered house that has one storey and attics. The building features a well-preserved early 19th-century double-fronted shop window with glazing bars. The windows are casements. The entrance includes a six-panel door with raised and fielded panels, surrounded by a reeded architrave with corner roundels and topped with a cornice. The roof is thatched and has three gabled dormers.
