Description

College farmhouse is an early 19th century house made of stuccoed brick, featuring two storeys and cellars. The front has three windows, with double hung sashes that include glazing bars on the first storey, and French casements on the ground storey. A raised stucco band runs along the level of the first storey window sills. There is one window range on the return front. The central doorway is framed by a stucco doorcase that includes pilasters and a cornice. The roof is slate and hipped. At the rear, there is a 20th century brick wing.
