Description

The cross-base located 10 metres south of the chancel of the Church of All Saints is a late-medieval structure made of limestone. It measures approximately 60 centimetres square and features raised chamfer-stops at each corner, which taper the base into a moulded octagonal shape. There is a central depression measuring 30 centimetres square, set diagonally, designed to hold a cross-shaft that is currently missing.
