Description

College Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 16th century or early 17th century. It has two storeys and attics, featuring three windows. The building is timber-framed and rendered, with a concrete plaintiled roof. It includes early 17th-century axial and gable chimneys made of red brick, with the gable stack having two square flues set diagonally. The farmhouse has 20th-century small-pane casements and a 20th-century boarded entrance door. The left-hand parlour block has a rear facade-gable with a side-purlin roof.
