Description

Rectory Cottages is a terrace of three cottages dating from the early 18th century, with some alterations made in the 19th century. The cottages are two storeys high, with two windows for each cottage. They are constructed from timber framing and plaster, topped with a plaintiled roof that features paired eaves modillions. There are four 19th-century casement dormers with low gables. The mid-19th-century chimneys are made of gault brick, each having three diagonally-set square shafts. The cottages also have late 18th-century or early 19th-century three-light casements with transoms, and the entrance doors are boarded, dating from the 18th or 19th century.
